The Ibis Bomber Jacket is a firmly feminine jacket with its V-neck ✨
This bomber is fully lined and has the characteristics of its category, namely, it is zipped and has rib-cuff at the neckline, wrists and waist.
Thus, it has a cut known as ball, the rib-cuff at the waistband creating this billowing effect.
It can be worn as a mid-season jacket or as a cardigan for the cold season.
💡 By sewing Ibis, you will learn to :
🧷 Sew a fully lined jacket
🧷 Sew an open end zipper
🧷 Sew rib-cuff

💡 Seam allowances are included in the pattern and are 3/8″ (1 cm) unless otherwise specified.
For this bomber jacket, take into account mainly your bust size. The rib-cuff at the waist allows you to avoid taking into account your hip size.
If you are between two sizes, take the size above.
Measurements
Pour toutes les tailles :
This bomber jacket can be sewn in non-stretch fabrics, such as upholstery fabrics (velvet, jacquard) or stretch fabrics such as fleece or sweatshirt. It is intended to be sewn in fabrics with hold, the result will be different with soft fabrics. For the lining we recommend a non-stretchy fabric such as polyester to be able to slip your arms into the sleeves without hindrance 😅
Sewing level : 3/5
Needed time : 3/5
This jacket is accessible to motivated beginners who have already sewn a few garments, it is also preferable to master the sewing of stretch fabrics (rib-cuff). However, by following the instructions, you should get a lined bomber with great finishes without too much difficulty ✨

I haven’t sewn this up yet, but the pattern looks very nice. I’m excited to work up the design.
